Why does my account show I've missed a payment?

If we are unable to withdraw your weekly payment, your account dashboard will show you how many payments you are behind and in what amount. If a payment is missed, we will reach out to you to work with you on bringing your account back up to good standing. 

You can also catch up on missed payment anytime by clicking the 'Pay Now' button in the app!
