Moves doesn't charge any late fees. However, missing too many consecutive payments can prevent you from accessing future products from Moves. If you are not able to make an upcoming payment, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can work with you to keep your account in good standing.
If you have missed a payment and would like to catch up, here’s how you can do so:
- Tap your Cash Advance from the “Cash” tab on the Moves app
- Click on the black Pay Now button and follow the prompts to set up your payment. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after
- Your payment will be processed instantly
