Moves doesn't charge any late fees, however, missing too many consecutive payments will prevent you from accessing future products from Moves. If you are not able to make an upcoming payment, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can work with you to keep your account in good standing.
If you have missed a payment and would like to catch up, here’s how you can do so:
- Tap your Cash Advance from the “Cash” tab on the Moves app
- From here you should see the following on the top of your screen
- Your total advanced amount in bold letters
- Your number of repayments
- Your contract end date.
