What if my card has been lost or stolen?

If your Moves Card has been lost or stolen, please contact 1-856-326-2809 and press 2 to be connected to Visa support for Moves so they can close your account. Once your account has been secured, email us at hello@movesfinancial.com to let us know and we can begin the process of issuing you a new card. 

Please note that we charge a $5 fee when replacing physical Moves Cards.
