It takes approximately 7-10 business days from the date you are approved for your Moves card to arrive in the mail. If 10 business days have passed since you were approved and you still have not received your card, please reach out to us by emailing hello@movesfinancial.com or by using the Live Chat available through the Moves Help Center and we will look into it right away!
While you wait for your physical card, your Virtual Card will be immediately available upon approval through the Moves app.
