How can I close my Moves account?

We're sad to see you go! 

If you'd like to close your Moves account, please email us at hello@movesfinancial.com and we can begin the process. To process your request, your account must be in good standing, with no current Cash Advances and a balance of $0 in the account. 

Please note: Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. Once your account has been closed you will be unable to open a new spending account in the future.
