How can I close my Moves account?

We're sad to see you go! 

If you'd like to close your Moves account, please email us at and we can begin the process. To process your request, your account must be in good standing, with no current Cash Advances and a balance of $0 in the account. 

Please note: Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. Once your account has been closed you will be unable to open a new spending account in the future.
