I am being asked a "security question" when switching my deposits (but doesn't say what the question is)

Some of our members have experienced being asked a "security question" when trying to switch their gig deposits to Moves (similar to the screenshot below). This is especially common with members who are trying to switch Uber and Lyft. In order to get around this, you simply need to input your birthday in the format of yyyy-mm-dd. So, for example, if your birthday was February 22, 1990, you would answer the security question as 1990-02-22.
