I'm being asked to input a PIN with my Virtual Card

If you're trying to use your Moves Virtual Card and are required to enter a PIN, you just need to click "Enter" or "Ok" on the PIN-pad, without inputting any PIN information. This sometimes happens with certain POS (point-of-sale) terminals, and should not impact your ability to use your Moves Card. 

If the above method does not work, please call Visa's support line at 1-833-333-0414 and proceed with setting up your PIN for your virtual card.
