Why is my address document not being accepted when applying for a Moves Spending Account?

We may require additional documents during the application process to verify your identity when you apply for a Moves Spending Account. 

If you have been asked to provide a document that supports your address, it may be because you input a PO box or postal office as your address. To verify your address and proceed with your application, we require a document that supports your physical address to be submitted.

You may still use your PO box as a shipping address, just let us know after submitting your application by emailing us at hello@movesfinancial.com and we will ensure your Moves card goes to the right address!
