Why hasn't an ACH payment arrived in my account yet?

Since ACH transfers can take up to 3 business days to settle, you may not see the money transferred into your account until 1-3 business days after the transaction has been initiated. If you do not see your payment within three days of the transfer being initiated, please confirm that the transaction was completed with the company that sent your funds, and ensure your name, routing number, and account number matches the information in your Moves Spending Account.
