Oh No! We’re sorry to hear that -- but don’t worry, we can issue you a new card! Rest assured that even if a machine does not return your card, your account and money are safe.
Please contact us at email@example.com so we can begin the process of issuing you a new card. In the meantime, you can still use your virtual card located in the Moves app.
Please note that we charge a $5 fee when replacing physical Moves Cards.
