My balance was deducted but the ATM only dispensed some of my cash, what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that your full funds were not dispersed at the ATM! This can sometimes happen due to technical difficulties or if the ATM has run out of cash. 

To remedy this, please contact our Visa Toll-Free Number at 1-833-333-0414 and a representative would be happy to help you! Unfortunately we are unable to initiate disputes through email, it needs to be done through Visa.
