How do I contact Moves?

We currently offer online support exclusively. There are a few ways you can get in touch with us:

💬 Our Live Chat is available directly in the Moves app Monday-Friday from 10am-5pm ET

💻 You can email us at any time at hello@movesfinancial.com

👋 You can submit a ticket through any article in the Help Center

Our operating hours are Monday-Friday from 9:30am-5:30pm ET, including holidays. We typically respond to emails within 1 business day. Emails received during the weekend will be responded to the following business day.

How do I update my account information?
If you need to make any changes to your account (such as updating your address or phone number), please reach out to us at hello@movesfinancial.com and we'd be happy to facilitate that! You will need to verify your identity and may be required to verify the new account information provided, but we'll be sure to walk you through all of that so it's clear and simple!

How do I replace a lost or stolen Moves card?
If your Moves Card has been lost or stolen, please contact 1-856-326-2809 and press 2 to be connected to Visa support for Moves so they can close your account. Once your card has been secured, email us at hello@movesfinancial.com to let us know and we can begin the process of issuing you a new card. 

Please note: Our Visa number is for dispute-related calls only. The agent on the other end may direct you to contact Moves. Please ensure you contact us at hello@movesfinancial.com for any non-dispute related inquiries.
